What is Caridoor?
Caridoor is an online only Caribbean grocery store We operate out of Frederick, MD. Caridoor was birthed in 2020 by the Rodney family, out of the desire to make hard to find Caribbean groceries delivered right to customer’s home. From then to now, our goal has remained the same, to provide an excellent experience for our customers. At Caridoor, we want to make getting Caribbean food easier, less of a hassle, and accessible for everyone safely.
How do local deliveries work?
Your order is assembled as soon as possible and picked up for delivery by our third party delivery provider. You will get your order on the same day if you placed it before our cut-off time, which is currently 3pm. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered promptly the next day. All local deliveries are contact-free.
How can I get free delivery?
Local deliveries are free on all orders above $50!
Where is it available?
Since we are still a small business, we do not have enough drivers or infrastructure to offer Local Deliveries nationwide. It is only available in DC and some parts of Maryland and Virginia. Don’t worry, there are other delivery options available.
How do Nationwide Deliveries work?
We have partnered with UPS to allow us to ship nationwide! Note that delivery prices are calculated by UPS, and prices can vary based on your location. The options available for most regions are UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day delivery UPS Next-Day delivery.
When will my package arrive?
UPS Ground usually takes 1-5 days. Next day and 3-Day shipping are delivered as their names imply. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method.
